Lifecycle support Spare Parts
Alconza recommends critical spare parts to be delivered with the project and/or once completed the commissioning. The aim is to avoid downtimes and related costs both during the commissioning process and in operation.
During scheduled maintenance services, our technical team replaces the necessary components and analyses with their diagnostics equipments the real state of the rest of critical components, in order to recommend “on condition”, their urgent replacement and/or during the next maintenance.
After the component analysis during the scheduled maintenance services, at times they may conclude the need to manufacture and supply larger components, like rotors, complete stators, exciters… for a fast plug & play installation and commissioning on site, always under Alconza technicians’ supervision.
In case of damage or any other reason, Alconza provides quick response to supply urgently spare parts. To request any spare parts for equipment delivered by us, you need to specify:
- Motor/Generator Serial number (visible on the machine nameplate).
- Clear description of the required elements (taking references from the manual, photos, damaged or to-be-replaced elements, etc.).
