Once our technicians or professionals from allied centres have evaluated the state of the machine in case, we proceed with local repair or we move it to our factory.

Replacement parts
For a quick response regarding any request for replacement parts for machinery supplied by us, you must specify:
- Serial number of the motor/generator (visible in the machine’s characteristics plate).
- Clear description of the required items (taking references from the manual, photos, faulty items or those to be replaced, etc.).
