Supply range
- 4 x generators of 1.728 kVA for the main diesel groups
- 2 x shaft generators of 2.500 kVA
In compliance with the strictest regulations for this type of vessels and under DNV certification, with an adapted design of the shaft generators to the space limitations in the engine room.
This is the first vessel to be powered by LNG propulsion, operating between the island of Godland and the Swedish mainland. Thanks to this propulsion technology, low emissions are achieved compared to conventional “diesel” engines.
This ferry stands out for its high transit speed of up to 30 knots, a record at the time for a 200-meter ferry with a capacity of up to 1,730 passengers.
