Each vessel contains the following machinery:

  • 2 synchronous generators (3.4MW / 720rpm / 690V)
  • 2 auxiliary synchronous generators (2.18MW / 800rpm / 690V)
  • 2 asynchronous propulsion motors (2.4MW / 1200rpm / 690V)
  • 2 asynchronous prow propeller engines (880KW / 1200rpm / 690V)
  • 2 asynchronous aft thrust motors (1MW / 1200rpm / 690V)
  • 1 asynchronous vertical azimuth motor (830KW / 1200rpm / 690V)
