Algeciras, February 2021. Alconza’s Customer Services dealt within 48 hours with a breakdown on a 18,270 TEU vessel, after a major breakage in the shaft of one of its main Hyundai generators, analysing the cause of the failure.
Currently we are monitoring remotely the equipment under operation with the aim of concluding the diagnosis and its settlement.
