Alconza has just delivered to Rolls-Royce a motor for an oceanographic research vessel. This motor will be rigidly mounted, in strict compliance with noise and vibration limits settled by international standards. This motor, a 5000KW at 600rpm one, has been shipped to the shipyard Fincantieri (Italy) after having passed laboratory tests successfully.
Again, Alconza’s technical team has achieved the challenge of making the levels of noise and vibrations of the machine without dampers in the assembly be below the established limits.
